We offer a 2 - 3 hour basic manual handling and lifting course. This is designed to give employess a basic understanding into this subject.
Suitable for carers within a wide range of professions, it can help prevent injury to your employees and reduce the number of sick days encountered.

Aims of the Course
- To understand why the subject of manual handling is so important
- Develop an awarenedd of current Health and Safety legislation surrounding manual handling
- Understand the physiological and anatomical structure of the back
- To appreciate the importance of assessing hazards and risk
- Know how to handle and move loads correctly and safely
The fee for this training is £350.00 for a maximum of 12 candidates. Fees are inclusive of instruction, all course materials and a certificate of attendance valid for 1 year.
